As community concerned as we are, I’m very proud to inform you that our very own Princess Jenina Salan has attended the recently conducted Pens of Hope Pencil Distribution last December 30, 2010.
Unfortunately, she was the lone member to attend to the occasion because most of our writers are not Davao-based, thus were not able to make it. Princess Salan was very happy joining the 5th Pencil Distrubition of Pens of Hope Davao.
“It feels good. I know, I’m doing much, but doing even a little for the community from the bottom of your heart makes you feel really good.”, she said.
For a complete and more detailed narrative of her Community Service experience with fellow members of Pens of Hope, refer to her article published on Pinoy Teens Online.
Credit both to Kevin Paquet and Princess Salan
Both of our Davao City based members of Pinoy Teens were able to show their support and interest to the fifth pencil distribution. Kevin Paquet took part in the preparation whilst Princess Salan attended to the main event, the distribution of them. Kudos, not only to our fellow members but to everyone at Pens of Hope who made that event possible.
